Det perfekta kvällsracet?
Varför skall allt vara så förbannat seriöst? Här har vi ett äkta “beer can race” som körs varje tisdagskväll på Lake Union. Ibland är man över 90 båtar och många ankrar upp i en så kallad “raft” efteråt… Man väljer själv klass beroende på vad man tycker man har för båt. Enkla regler har man också!

The race committee request that boats sail by and check in this year to help with the scoring. If you don’t, we’ll still score you if we see you. But if we miss you (easy to do with 90+ boats out there sometimes), it is your problem, not ours ;-)

There are no customs unless you go really way off course.
There are four starts:
Start 1 – Fast Boats – 7:00pm
Start 2 – Half Fast Boats – 7:05pm
Start 3 – Cruising and Slower Boats – 7:10pm
Start 4 – Dinghy Class – 7:15pmThe course will be posted on the committee boat. Cruise past the committee boat before the race start to ensure getting listed for the race.
